 Former Chairman - Dairy Brands Ltd., a publicly listed dairy company.
 Former Director - Wrightson Ltd., New Zealand's leading publicly listed agricultural servicing and solutions company.
 Former Director - New Zealand Merino, a premier fine wool company.
 Former Director - Oyster Bay Marlborough Vineyards Ltd., a 610-hectare super-premium grape growing company.

 BIO-TECHNOLOGY
 Former Chairman - ICP bio, an international biotechnology company specializing in animal reproduction and quality assurance.

 COMMERCIALISING INNOVATION
 Chairman - Syft Technologies Ltd., established to market technology developed by the University of Canterbury that allows near instantaneous detection and quantification of volatile organic compounds.
 Investment Committee Member - Pre-Seed Accelerator Fund, designed by New Zealand's Foundation for Reserach, Science & Technology to co-finance the early commercialisation of university-based and publicly funded research, innovation and discovery.

 EXPERT SERVICES
 Former Director - LECG Corporation, a law and economics consulting group listed on the NASDAQ which provides opinions and advice that help resolve complex legal disputes and inform legislative, judicial, regulatory and business decision makers.

 FINANCIAL SECTOR
 Chairman - Kula Fund Advisory Committee, a second-generation Pacific-based venture capital fund of some U.S 18 million dollars.
 Former Director - Reserve Bank of New Zealand, the central bank of New Zealand.
 Former Chairman - Morningstar Pty. Ltd., Australasia's leading funds management research and rating agency.
 Former Chairman - Fiduciary Ltd., the joint venture partner with Morningstar Chicago in Morningstar Pty. Ltd.
